ITMA ASIA + CITME 2026
Dyeing, finishing and printing equipment continues to develop towards digitalisation, intelligence and green, low-carbon production, raising equipment performance around high quality, high efficiency, low energy consumption and low emissions. Energy-saving and environmental technologies such as low liquor ratio dyeing, low-water and waterless processing, cold pad-batch dyeing, high-efficiency washing and waste heat recovery are maturing; digital inkjet printing is moving towards higher speed, higher precision and wider product adaptability; automatic weighing and dispensing of dyes and chemicals, intelligent setting of process parameters, online detection of colour deviation and defects, and real-time monitoring of energy and water consumption enable precise process control and product quality traceability. Meanwhile, intelligent three-dimensional warehousing, automatic fabric loading and unloading, AGV logistics and automatic finished-product packaging will be more widely applied in digital printing and dyeing workshops. Equipment is markedly more flexible, enabling rapid order changeover and intelligent switching of process parameters in small-batch, multi-variety production, better meeting the needs of small orders, quick response and flexible manufacturing.
